LO-FI WHITE RUM

No messing around: this is 100° proof pure single rum, made from organic molasses, straight from our direct-fired copper pot still. Unaged and unfiltered, this is a true representation of our LO-FI approach to distilling. 

Tasting notes:

Nose: Bubblegum, toffee popcorn, blackberry leaf

Palate: Pineapple sweets, Bourbon biscuits, menthol.

With water: More tropical fruit and caramelised notes. Soft spices on the finish.
