The Don

Ingredients:
35ml Illicit Single Cask Rum
17.5ml amaretto
17.5ml coffee liqueur
coffee beans
Method:
A rum-soaked riff on a “Godfather” and an example of our favourite kind of cocktail: one that consists entirely of booze. Stir it all down over a fat ice cube in a rocks glass, garnish with a couple of coffee beans, and sip slow.
