Ingredients:

35ml Illicit Single Cask Rum

15ml campari

45ml pineapple juice

15ml lime juice

12.5ml tonic wine

Method:

Our exotic feathered friend migrates north with the help of Illicit Rum and Glasgow’s favourite tonic wine. Shake all the ingredients with ice, before straining into a highball filled with fresh ice and garnishing with some pineapple leaf plumage.
